Our Services
Each project is governed by the written proposal and service agreement you approve before work begins. If anything here conflicts with your approved agreement, the agreement controls.
File Retention & Retrieval
- 1.Your enhanced files are yours to keep. We deliver them as digital downloads and recommend you save your own copies.
- 2.The original files you send us stay available in your project portal for 45 days after your finished video is delivered. After that we do not guarantee a retention period. We keep material as long as we reasonably can, as a courtesy, but we cannot promise it will still be there and we are not liable for its loss, so please save your own copies. If you need something later, just ask and we will tell you whether we still have it. Retrieval starts at $95 plus a per-gigabyte rate, always quoted for your approval before any work begins.
- 3.Re-delivery or retrieval of your materials within the retention window is available on request, starting at a $95 retrieval fee plus our per-GB retrieval rate based on the size of the archived project. We will send a quote for your approval before doing anything.
- 4.We work from digital copies of your footage that you upload through our secure link; physical media is not accepted.
- 5.Archival storage is a best-effort courtesy service. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of delivered and submitted files, and we are not liable for loss of materials, including after the retention window ends.
