About Us
We restore and enhance the video, photos and audio you already have, and we can edit the restored footage into one finished film. We work only in post-production, on digital files you send us, and we never film. Pixel 360 Media is part of Dvideo Inc., a post-production company with decades of experience.
We are located in Westchester, New York, and serve clients nationwide and abroad through a fully remote process. You upload your files and download the results, so nobody needs to travel and nothing needs to be shipped. Our Rye Brook address is a mailing address, not a drop-off point.
Yes. Organizations with large digital archives are a big part of our work, alongside families with a single recording. Send us a sample and we will quote for the whole collection.
Yes, three, all run by the same team at Dvideo Inc. Tribute Montage makes memorial and remembrance films. The Montage Maven makes celebration montages for Mitzvahs, milestone birthdays and weddings, and edits home videos. Dvideo Productions makes corporate video, presentations and AI presenter videos, and handles full professional post-production. If your project fits one of them better, we will tell you and introduce you.
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We tested every public page of this site, and checked keyboard use, contrast, motion and phone layouts.
If anything gets in your way, email [email protected] or call 914-251-9244, and we will help you another way. The full statement is on our accessibility page.
What We Restore
Old, soft, grainy or low-resolution video and photos. We increase clarity and resolution, correct color, reduce noise and damage, and clean up the sound. The most common jobs are home videos that look poor on a modern TV, and photos that have faded or been damaged. We also colorize black-and-white photos.
Yes. Background removal and replacement is available as a separate project, quoted on request. It is not part of the per-photo Photo Enhance or Photo Restore price. Tell us what you need and we will quote it before any work begins.
Digital files, uploaded through the secure link we send you. We accept common video formats such as MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, ProRes and DPX, along with digital photos and audio files. Send the best copy you have: the original file, not one that was shrunk for email or social media.
No. We do not convert or digitize physical media of any kind. If your footage is still on VHS, Betamax, Super 8, film or disc, have it digitized by a specialist first, and we are glad to point you to one. Once you have the digital files, we take the quality from there.
Sometimes, and sometimes not. Our process is tuned to keep people looking like themselves, not to invent detail that was never recorded. If a face is beyond recovery, we will tell you rather than hand you a stranger.
We use modern software, some of it AI-based, the way a photographer uses a modern camera. Faces are handled conservatively so people still look like themselves, and every setting is measured against your own footage. Your free preview shows you the result before you pay.
Yes, on its own or as part of a video. We reduce tape hiss, electrical hum and buzz, whine, and background noise behind voices, and we usually even out the volume too. The voice, pitch, speed and length stay untouched, so the person still sounds like themselves. Audio recordings get the same free 30-second preview as video. See audio enhancement.
Yes. If we enhance or restore your footage, we can edit it too: join the restored clips into one film, trim them, put scenes in order, and add titles and music. For other editing, a sister brand is the right home, and it is the same team. Home videos that need editing but no enhancement go to The Montage Maven. Memorial films go to Tribute Montage. Corporate video and AI presenter videos go to Dvideo Productions. Not sure which fits? Ask us and we will point you the right way.
Pricing & Previews
Yes, and it is the best way to decide. Send your footage or recording and we enhance 30 seconds of it for free, or two or three of your photos, including your hardest one. You judge the result on your own media, not on someone else's samples, and there is no commitment.
Not necessarily, and we would rather say so up front. Results vary scene by scene with the condition of the original recording. Your preview shows what one section can look like. Enhancement is applied evenly across the whole video rather than tuned scene by scene, so you get the best your footage allows.
Photos: Photo Enhance runs from $2.45 per image down to $0.95 as the volume goes up. Photo Restore, for torn, stained or badly damaged pictures, runs from $6.25 down to $3.25. There is a $100 project minimum.
Video: from $5.50 per finished minute for a Standard Restore, up to $47.50 per minute for 4K at 60 frames per second, with a $100 or $200 minimum per video depending on the level.
Audio is quoted on your file. The full price lists are on our photo enhancement and video enhancement pages. For anything unusual, the free preview is the fastest way to a real number, because by then we have seen your actual files.
Yes. Photo prices drop as the count goes up, down to $0.95 per image at 250 or more. Large photo and video archives get a quote for the whole collection after we see a sample.
No deposit. You get a free preview first. If you like it and go ahead, you pay for the full project before we start it, and nothing is charged until you decide. Your finished files are then ready to download once the work is done.
Yes, always. Whatever we quoted, we honor, even if our prices change afterwards.
Your Project
Ask for your free preview through our contact page. Tell us what you have (video, photos or audio) and what bothers you about it. We send you a secure upload link, enhance a sample, and quote the full project from there.
In your own private online portal, opened from a link we send you, with no password to remember. You upload your files there, review the work, message us, approve, pay, and download your finished files, all in one place.
When we quote your project, we tell you how long it will take. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush job, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Enhancement has no drafts. You see a free preview first, so you know what your files can look like before you pay. Then we deliver the final file for you to download. If there is ever an error or glitch in it, we fix it, always, at no charge. We do our best with every file, but we cannot promise a specific result, which is exactly why the preview comes first. Re-working a finished file for a different look is not part of the job, so please share everything you have in mind when you see your preview. If we also edit your footage into a film, what is included is set out in your proposal.
Your finished files wait for you in your private portal, ready to download. Video comes as a high-quality MP4 that plays everywhere, with ProRes available on request. A few days after your video is finished, we also send you its own private page, so you can share one link with family or colleagues instead of a large file. Hosting is on us for the first year.
Files & Retention
Your enhanced files are yours to keep. We deliver them as digital downloads and recommend saving your own copies, in at least two places. Your project portal stays open for 45 days after delivery. After that we do not promise a retention period: we keep material as long as we reasonably can, as a courtesy, but please do not rely on it as your only copy. If you need something later, just ask and we will tell you whether we still have it. For restoration projects, you send us digital copies of your footage through the secure upload link we provide; your originals never leave your hands.
Often, yes. There is no guaranteed window, so the honest answer is to ask us and we will check. If we still have your material, retrieval starts at $95 plus a per-gigabyte rate, and we always send a quote before doing anything. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
